To use eBay Affiliate Accountant, you need to log into Commission Junction (CJ), click on "run reports", select the report for the date(s) you're interested in, and generate the commission detail report for that time period. Then at the bottom of the page, you'll see a drop down menu that says "Download report in xxx format", select csv format and click on submit.

Your browser will ask you how to open the file, tell it to open with Notepad. When that returns, select all, copy to your clipboard, and paste that into the box below here. Then click on "Get Report" and the magic happens.
